Could protected release fit your painting projects?
Office teams plan freely. Field cannot see planned work until the required gates are cleared and your designated person approves release.

Founder-led beta. Company setup and workflow review come before protected release is enabled. Confirm fit on one project before moving your team.
Start with your actual workflow.
A crew date is planned while prep or prior-trade work is unfinished. Record the phase-specific conditions and approve release only when the work is ready.
Clear instructions
The current phase scope, access details and customer or builder acknowledgment are recorded.
A complete material kit
Required items are received in the right quantities and staged for this phase. Ordered or in transit is not ready.
A ready site and crew
The site is ready, the crew is assigned and your designated person reviews the evidence before release.
Questions to test before adoption.
- Who confirms preparation and access?
- How are cure-time or condition requirements recorded?
- What proof is required for acceptance?
The first market is residential new-construction plumbing. This page describes a fit conversation, not a certified rollout for every painting workflow or a promise of native integrations.
What happens after release?
Field receives assigned, released work and supplies required proof. Operations accepts or returns the phase with a reason. Accepted phase work does not automatically close the project or authorize invoicing.
Try an illustrative plumbing example. Use the crew-release worksheet or calculate a false start using your own numbers.
